About The Role
We are excited to announce the opening of our new showroom in Salisbury later this year. We are seeking a dynamic General Showroom Manager to lead and drive our showroom to success!
As the General Showroom Manager, you will oversee a high-performing, multi-million pound turnover kitchen showroom. Your role will be crucial in building and nurturing an exceptional team, ensuring outstanding customer service, and exceeding sales targets.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £34,900, complemented by an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of over £70,000!
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the showroom team to ensure every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
* Recruit, train, and motivate talented individuals who are central to the showroom’s success.
* Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
* Play a key role in the successful opening of the new Salisbury showroom, ensuring a smooth launch.
Additionally, ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
* Significant experience in a large-scale retail environment with multi-million pound targets.
* A proven sales-driven approach with a successful track record.
* Passionate about coaching and developing teams.
* Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Willing to work most weekends and bank holidays.
