Location: Hybrid – Liverpool (3 days per week).
THE COMPANY
We are working with a leading retailer seeking a Customer Analytics Manager to take ownership of their customer data strategy and drive data-led decision-making across the business.
THE ROLE
Customer data is a central priority for this organisation, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analytics professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will lead a team of 6 (customer analysts, an eCommerce analyst, and data engineers) while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and department heads to shape and deliver the customer data strategy.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Proficiency in SQL (writing and interpreting code)
* Skilled in delivering insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and department heads.
* Leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable
* Exposure to marketing and eCommerce analytics is a plus
* Background in the retail sector
