Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Overview: Working within our Contracts Division and based at our Brackley office during your initial training period, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in the construction sector who is looking to progress and build a long-term career in project management.

Location: Midlands or London region (travel required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial kitchen installation projects.
* Assist in managing contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including programmes, schedules, reports, and site records.
* Attend client meetings and site visits alongside Project Managers.
* Monitor project progress and proactively assist in resolving on-site and logistical challenges.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the Contracts team as required.
Experience Required:
* Experience working within the construction site sector.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Must hold a valid UK drivers license and be willing to travel.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding project costs and profitability.
