What You’ll Do As Pizza and Grill Chef, you’ll take the lead on our pizza and grill offering, ensuring consistently high standards and smooth service. You’ll: Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and grills to a consistently excellent standard. Run the pizza and grill section during service, ensuring speed, quality, and presentation. Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with day-to-day kitchen operations. Manage stock rotation and minimise waste within your section. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Support and guide junior team members during busy services. Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with strong kitchen experience who’s ready to take responsibility for their own section and grow within a professional kitchen environment: Experience as a Pizza and Grill Chef or in a senior kitchen role. Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
