Key Responsibilities

* You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality product documentation to customers, taking ownership of the production and maintenance of product and user guides, release notes and product enhancements.
* Work closely with product, development and support teams to create reference materials that explain features and functionality of the software.
* Within the Service Management department, maintain a strong customer focus and excellent communication to create and review technical documentation for a variety of audiences. Your role will emphasize continuous delivery and driving improvements to meet deadlines.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Experience creating and reviewing customer-facing user materials.
* Proven experience within a software delivery function.
* Working knowledge of agile approaches to software development (ideally Scrum and Kanban).
* Experience with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to collaborate with customers, development teams, and product owners.
* Quality-oriented with experience producing high-quality user documentation, ensuring appropriate language and graphics.
* Strong customer focus and the ability to work to deadlines.
* Commitment to personal development and willingness to learn.
* Awareness of single-sourcing methodology.

The Following Skills Would Also Be Beneficial:

* Knowledge of technical authoring tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe RoboHelp.
* Knowledge of versioning software such as Git.
* Understanding of HTML and CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
* Experience working in software development and documenting APIs.
