Key Responsibilities:
1. Support pupils in class and on a one-to-one or small group basis
2. Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
3. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
4. Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
5. Experience working with children (school, childcare, youth work, or SEN setting)
6. A positive, proactive, and reliable approach
7. A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
8. Availability for short-term or daily placements across Brent
