As our Paid Media Executive, you'll play a key role in driving customers to our website and growing our digital presence across multiple channels. Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you'll get hands on with PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliates - using your skills to target, convert and retain customers. You'll also contribute to retargeting strategies, ensuring we maximise ROI and keep previous customers engaged.

1. Deliver best-in-class campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliates, driving traffic, conversions, and ROI.
2. Set up, launch and optimise campaigns with precision and attention to detail, supported by senior team members.
3. Write ad copy and develop creative mock-ups for social, display, and search—contributing to a strong test-and-learn culture.
4. Collaborate with UX, marketing and design teams to create compelling assets, landing pages and content aligned with brand messaging.
