This role offers the chance to work on real-world product development projects, supporting the testing and improvement of high-performance materials used in demanding environments. The Role As part of the R&D team, you will play a key role in supporting product development and durability testing programmes. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and analysing product performance over time - Supporting laboratory-based projects focused on pigments and material formulations - Conducting experiments and accurately recording and interpreting data - Preparing clear technical reports to support development work - Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring testing runs efficiently - Working closely with R&D, production and quality teams on ongoing projects - Identifying opportunities to improve testing methods and processes About You We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive graduate who is keen to develop a career in an industrial R&D environment.
