Duties & Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively within a team of three Document Services Coordinators to ensure the smooth running of transcript production
* Liaise with other departments to ensure transcripts are finalised and delivered promptly and in the correct format
* Develop proficiency in internal software and industry-specific tools
* Produce and format High Court judgments and rulings to the highest standards
* Collect and organise audio recordings, ensuring correct storage and editing for transcript synchronisation
* Process transcript amendments, including detailed errata returns, accurately and within agreed deadlines
* Support colleagues and stakeholders by circulating transcripts, providing ad hoc assistance, conducting daily IT checks in hearing rooms, and maintaining accurate records in line with quality processes
Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, with effective time management and the ability to multitask, adapt, and perform under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Collaborative team player with a flexible attitude to meet changing business needs
* Experience in administrative, client-facing, or professional services roles is desirable
Working Hours
* Full-time (37.5 hours per week), covering hours between 9:30am and 8:00pm on a weekly rotating basis
* Flexibility required for occasional work outside of these hours (evenings or weekends, in-office or remote)
* Workload may vary, with quieter periods during court recesses; during these times, support may be required in other areas of the business, with adjusted working hours
