About the Role
As Business Unit Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly and efficiently. Acting as the first point of contact for Directors, Developers, Customers, and Colleagues, you’ll provide a full administrative support function to ensure day‑to‑day operations run seamlessly. This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people‑focused environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external queries and enquiries.
* Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.
* Prepare and format business proposals and supporting documentation.
* Raise invoices using Sage and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
* Input and manage data using Word, Excel, and internal systems.
* Liaise closely with Developers, Data Analysts, and Directors to support project delivery.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Business Unit.
About You
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally within a professional or technical environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook – essential) and Sage (training provided).
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work.
