Position: Coffee Sales Manager
Location: Field-based, covering Newcastle, Leeds & North East area
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28k to £32k + Company vehicle + uncapped bonus potential

Purpose of Role:
This role involves managing customer accounts, developing new business, and providing excellent service and training within your designated territory. You will work towards sales targets, profit, and business growth by selling Matthew Algie and Espresso Warehouse products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve a minimum of 25 customer visits and 5 prospect visits per week.
2. Manage customer accounts and administration.
3. Follow structured sales processes, including coffee and equipment audits.
4. Engage in business development, training, and sales support in the field.
5. Identify growth opportunities using gap analysis reports.
6. Develop a prospect plan for current opportunities.
7. Utilize marketing materials effectively.
8. Conduct regular coffee audits.
9. Maintain training records for accounts.
10. Respond to customer issues within 24 hours.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets is essential. A full UK driving license is required.
Skills / Knowledge:
Educated to A level or equivalent, proficient in Microsoft Office, with high numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
