Salary: GBP 40,000 – GBP 45,000 per annum, plus company benefits.

The Role
* Prepare quotations based on architectural drawings, specifications, and client briefs.
* Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and internal departments to clarify project details and ensure accurate costings.
* Provide ongoing project involvement and technical support.
* Occasionally attend site visits or client meetings.
The Person
* Background in construction, builders merchants, quantity surveying or related field.
* Experience or interest in an Estimator or Project Manager role.
* Able to commute to Northampton.
