We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an Investment Solutions Senior Analyst within our Strategy and Transformation area.

The role
You will support our unit-linked Investment Proposition, focusing on change programmes involving insured funds and solutions. This includes assessing impact, prioritisation, resourcing, gathering requirements, designing processes, assisting with test plans and testing, validation, and other programme activities.
You will define requirements, oversee all aspects of delivering change, review and implement process improvements, and ensure business readiness through training and support. Providing technical guidance and stakeholder training will also be part of your responsibilities.
What we’re looking for
* Deep experience and knowledge of investments and investment propositions within the UK pensions industry
* Strong project management skills with a focus on operational efficiency to meet stakeholder demands
* Ability to work independently, plan, and manage workload under tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in highly regulated environments, with responsibility for risk management and monitoring
