Role
A highly respected Scottish law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Rural Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Aberdeen. This is a key role within a L500-ranked practice that has long-standing relationships with a diverse client base, including landowners, estates, rural businesses and developers.
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of Rural Property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, agricultural tenancies, estate management and renewable energy matters. You will be trusted to manage a high-quality, varied caseload, while also contributing to client relationships, internal collaboration, and business development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with Rural experience or a Commercial Property background looking to build specialist expertise in a highly valued area of practice.

Your Experience
* 1-4 years PQE in Rural Property or Commercial Property
* Experience handling property transactions from instruction through to completion
* A keen interest in the Rural/Agricultural sector, with hands-on experience considered an advantage
* Excellent drafting, communication and client relationship skills
* A proactive approach to business development and team collaboration
* A commitment to delivering a high standard of service and advice
