Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
Location: Essex
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000
PQE: 4 years+
Responsibilities:
* Handle a variety of corporate and commercial cases, advise clients on complex matters, and play a key role in driving the expansion of the practice area.
* Handle a diverse range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, and finance.
* Support initiatives to grow the commercial legal services.
* Work with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.
* Engage in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
Candidate profile:
* A qualified Solicitor with over 4 years' PQE.
* Experience managing complex transactional corporate and commercial work.
* Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of client business needs.
