The Role
As a Global Sports Sponsorship Executive - Motorsport, you will be responsible to forefront of a global sports sponsorship initiative, supporting the renowned TCS Racing team in Formula E—the world’s fastest-growing single-seater motorsport championship. As part of this dynamic project, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds, gaining invaluable international experience and exposure to a variety of cultures and professional practices. The role also includes the exciting prospect of international travel, broadening your horizons both personally and professionally.
Your responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Engagement Managers to write engaging marketing communications and campaigns, as well as providing assistance in copy approval and sign off procedures, specifically for large UK pension schemes.
* Managing internal and external communications, collating copy and utilising relevant software to create the engagement resource required.
* Supporting the delivery of the social media strategy including providing relevant and engaging content and management of our social media platforms.
* Taking ownership of the marketing library, ensuring collateral is reviewed regularly and all stakeholders are consulted in the sign off process.
* Working with relevant stakeholders to cascade scheme changes, process changes and signposting to relevant supporting information.
* Assisting the Engagement Team in delivering the digital content plan.
* Supporting the decision-making process with reporting, analytics and MI.
* Assisting with collation and management of online surveys.
* Supporting the delivery of operational projects which are aligned to business needs.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders and/or clients.
* Supporting the Engagement Managers and deputising where necessary.
* Understanding the importance and delivering against individual objectives and contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives and business results.
* Working within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards.
* Participating in good team communication and sharing knowledge and expertise with other team members.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Proven experience of working with a large public sector pensions scheme.
* Proven experience within a communications and engagement role.
* Strong understanding of communications and engagement activities with the confidence to suggest and own new ideas.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate information to any required audience.
* The capacity to work independently whilst also excelling as a collaborative team player.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
* Creative skill set, strong intuition and a desire for continuous improvement.
* Computer literate, with experience in working with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
