Role Overview
Join our in-house services team to support customers across network, server, and security technologies. You will manage engineering schedules, assist with project scoping, and provide occasional help desk support.
Responsibilities
1. Manage bookings for the engineering team (pre- and post-sales)
2. Liaise with customers regarding schedules and confirmations
3. Ensure return of signed scoping documents
4. Book hotels and flights for engineers
5. Support project managers with scoping requests and documentation
6. Follow up on Risk Assessments and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
7. Deliver cabling test results to customers
8. Manage equipment bookings, survey kits, and internal library
Help Desk Support (as required):
9. Call triaging, ticket allocation, and prioritisation
10. Monitor and update ticket statuses
11. Check Pro Monitoring / Managed Firewall tickets

Salary
19. Basic salary £26,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience
