As a Sofologist in store you will partner with our customers to help them find their dream sofa. Whether its about style, comfort, or everything in between, with your sofa knowledge you’ll help our customers find the right sofa for them, because nothing feels like being at home on a sofa you love.

A day in the life of a Retail Sales Consultant
You’ll spend your time doing so much more than sitting. Here are a few of the things you’ll be getting up to:
* Partner with customers to help them find their dream sofa.
* Showcase our products in true Sofology style.
* Always offer that Very Important Customer experience - no ifs, no buts.
* Understand the world of design and style to help customers make the right sofa choice.
* Complete finance applications to check we’re offering the right payment products.
* Use your passion for interior design to ensure store standards are striking.
* Share continued knowledge of products to support team members and share best practice.
* Hone listening skills to have really relevant conversations with customers.
* Help customers visualise how their new sofa will look in their home through creative interactions.
* Recognise customer needs and recommend the right additional products.
* Share in-depth knowledge on how customers can care for their sofa with detailed aftercare advice.
Ideal Candidate
You don’t need extensive sales experience to join us. All we ask for is a true passion for delivering a red carpet experience to customers; a real team player with a genuine interest in style and design.
