About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher - Electrical to join our dynamic teaching team. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of Electrical Installation and related engineering programmes, ensuring that learners develop the technical skills, safety awareness, and confidence required by industry.
What You Will Do
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to Apprenticeships and Study Programmes across levels 1–3 .
2. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
3. Develop innovative learning materials and resources that reflect current electrical industry practices.
4. Ensure health & safety standards and compliance with awarding body requirements.
5. Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives
About You
6. Qualifications: Level 3 (or higher) Electrical Installation qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
7. Teaching Credentials: A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or willingness to work towards one).
8. Experience: Significant industry experience in electrical installation/maintenance.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse learners
