SSI usually has account numbers and bank SWIFT codes.The Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role. This requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.**What you’ll do*** Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis* Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated* Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders* Provide tangible metrics to Management* **Working on shift:** Shift based schedule: 8:00-16:00, 10:00 - 18:00, and 11:00 - 19:00 (cover for EMEA )**What we’ll need from you*** Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset.* Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge.* Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate.* Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment.* Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable.* Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset.**What we can offer you**We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
