Overview
Elementa is recruiting a qualified SEND Teacher to work at a special school & PRU in Swindon. The school provides education for learners with ASD/ASC (Autism), SEMH, and other complex needs, including children who have been permanently excluded. Many students display challenging behaviours.

Candidate Requirements
* Good previous SEND experience, especially in SEMH and ASD/ASC
* Ability to adapt teaching approaches to ensure high-quality learning
* Resilience and tenacity
* Commitment to the school's policies and procedures
* Engagement and ability to deliver quality lessons, even without prior PRU experience, provided the candidate has strong SEND background
Additional Information
Applicants with Team Teach or similar positive behaviour management training are preferred; free training will be provided if needed. The school values transparency, collaboration, and shared ideas, creating a positive environment for staff and students.
