IFA ADMINISTATOR STOCKPORT PERMANENT UP TO £32k DOE FULL TIME 37.5 HOURS STARTS ASAP Our client is a well-established provider in their field who have become a trusted name to their clients. They are looking for a diligent and dynamic person who can join their Client Relationship team. Duties include: * Understanding 3rd party providers platforms and processing times * Process transfer, Top-ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA and protection in an accurate and timely manner * Managing your individual workload using personal diary system to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. * Investigating and handling any client queries * Managing post relating to new business cases * Dealing with queries over the phone and via email. * Understanding the internal compliance procedures and the requirements of 3rd party providers * Maintaining client records on back-office system * Covering receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients and dealing with third party suppliers. The successful candidate will have worked previously in an IFA Admin role, be a confident communicator and the ability to manage own workload.
