Are you looking to gain classroom experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a growing secondary school? Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support our students with SEND needs. This role may suit candidates starting a career in teaching, experienced TAs seeking flexibility, or gap year students from universities. We welcome flexible working arrangements (full time or part time) and are interested in hearing from candidates at any stage of their career. The position offers CPD opportunities for professional development and progression within the GLF Trust, which comprises 43 schools.

Be keen to participate in the wider school community and extra-curricular clubs. Experience of studying Mathematics, Science or English would be an advantage.
