Overview
Viewber is looking for freelance key safe and alarm fitters to carry out local installations in their spare time. This is a freelance/temporary role with appointments offered on a per-invitation basis.
Responsibilities
* Carry out local key safe and alarm fitting installations as requested by Viewber.
* Supply and install required components (e.g., Standard Masterlock 5401D for key safe installations).
* Work independently, be punctual and reliable, and manage appointments within your chosen travel radius.
Pay and Benefits
* Payment is per appointment and shown on the invitation. You may accept, reject, or counteroffer as you see fit.
* For key safe installations, the Standard Masterlock 5401D is included in the payment, typically £48 (plus VAT if registered).
* For fitting one smoke and one heat alarm, payment is £68 (plus VAT if registered) including supply.
* Viewber has a nationwide presence in the UK; you can indicate the maximum miles you are comfortable travelling, and appointments will be offered within that radius.
Eligibility criteria
* Relevant experience and equipment for key safe and alarm fitting.
* Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working alone.
* Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
* Proof of Public Liability Insurance Certificate with at least £1 million cover.
