Position: Science Teacher (Secondary) Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex Contract type: Full-time; Start date: September 2026 Key requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) Science. Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics, ability to teach across the sciences. Key responsibilities: Plan, prepare & deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. Use practical science experiments, demonstrations and technology to deepen student understanding. Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, manage classroom behaviour, maintain safe lab practices.
