Your Day-to-Day as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a Full-Time/Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities include completing NJSAMS and EHR Intake documentation, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, oversee and mentor LSWs and MSW interns, coordinate care, advocate for clients in crisis, participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, community outreach, and program growth initiatives. Maintaining compliance with DMHAS standards and engaging in quality improvement activities are also essential.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Social Work or a related field (required), LCSW certification (preferred)
* Dual license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, NJSAMS, and EHR systems
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
* Knowledge of New Jersey treatment levels is advantageous
* Ability to demonstrate autonomy, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation
