BD Manager role in a global reputation management firm, supporting Ultra-NHWI clients. London based with 2 days in the office. Salary up to £80,000.
This consultancy is truly unique in what it does, offering full-service reputation and crisis management solutions to ultra HNWIs, from government leaders to a-list celebrities. They are on a large growth trajectory, looking to increase their partnership by 10, and increase their entire headcount by 30% by 2025. They have also been growing their tech offering, especially around data privacy/digital solutions for clients.
To support in this growth, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to work with 3 Partners in growing and developing their cross-practice service offering. This will involve nurturing existing clients, but also bringing new relationships to the firm.
This will specifically involve:
* Develop BD plans and strategies alongside the Partners; Execute a series of marketing campaigns targeting new and existing clients (including webinars and inhouse events); Assist partners in cross-selling; Develop key client plans, and identify key growth areas; Support with profile raising through PR initiatives and directory submissions; Lead and drive opportunities via referral networks.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for business development alongside strong communication skills. Experience of working with HNWIs is essential and ideally candidates will come from a professional services or financial services background. Also essential for success in this role is the ability to manage complex, multiple projects at any one time.
