We have a new opportunity to be part of our Quality Assurance team in the role of Internal Manufacturing Quality Engineer.
As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and embedding right-first-time quality standards within our internal manufacturing areas. Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will act as a key interface between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams—driving quality improvements and ensuring the consistent delivery of championship-winning components. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth at Aston Martin Formula One™ Team as we strengthen our internal manufacturing capability.
Supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies within our internal manufacturing processes.
Playing a proactive role in driving continual improvements in quality performance across manufacturing.
Acting as the primary QA liaison between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing functions.
Promoting a culture of accountability and excellence across internal manufacturing teams and our wider supply chain.
A strong background in the assembly of complex, multi-material structures, ideally within Formula One™ or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of mechanical design, assembly, and fixturing—especially for composite structures.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with quality tools including SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, RCCA, and FMEAs.
Systematic, proactive approach with the ability to influence teams to uphold high quality standards.
A passion for quality and a desire to help deliver outstanding engineering outcomes.
This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
