Children & Young People’s Support Worker
Location: Southall, Ealing, London
Pay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity is available for experienced Support Workers to work with children and young people in a residential children’s home and supported accommodation setting in Southall, Ealing.
This role is ideal for reliable, compassionate professionals who have previous experience supporting vulnerable young people and understand the importance of structure, boundaries and positive role modelling.
Duties Include

Supporting children and young people with daily routines and activities
*
Promoting independence, confidence and life skills
*
Building positive, professional relationships
*
Supporting education, appointments and wellbeing
*
Maintaining accurate records and reports
*
Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
*
Working as part of a team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
Essential Requirements
*
Experience working in a children’s home or supported accommodation
*
Valid DBS certificate
*
Up-to-date Safeguarding Training
*
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
*
Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
*
Flexible to work day shifts or night shifts
