As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and driving the performance of the sales team. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proven background in the motor trade. You will help maximise sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department
* Assisting and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
* Managing deals and ensuring profitability
* Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover
* Ensuring compliance with company and finance procedures
* Maintaining high standards of customer service
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sales Controller within the motor trade (essential)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
