In this role, you will participate in designing and verifying analog/mixed signal IPs, including their specifications for PMUs. You will be involved in the design and verification of innovative circuits such as DC-DC converters and LDOs. Your responsibilities include working on DfT strategies to improve performance and test efficiency. Collaboration with multi-functional teams across Apple will be essential to support product development (including custom layout, digital design, and silicon validation) and mass production (test, quality, and productization), ensuring aligned methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CE, EE, CS, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of transistor operation and device physics as applied to analog design.
3. Understanding of basic design structures like voltage/current references and mirrors.
4. Familiarity with design analysis methods such as small signal analysis, feedback loop systems, and control theory.
5. Ability to coordinate projects with limited guidance, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
6. Experience with mixed-signal verification methodologies, including Verilog-AMS.
7. Basic knowledge of IC production testing and qualification processes.
8. Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work well in a team, take ownership, and empower oneself and others. Experience with designing and validating switching converters (Buck/Boost) and linear regulators (LDO) is a plus.
