* Aware of health and safety regulations in a retail/warehouse environment
What will your role look like?
* Serving customers at the trade counter and over the
* Processing cash and card payments and handling customer enquiries via, email, and in-store
* Receiving deliveries and updating stock records
* Managing customer orders, including packing for collection or delivery
* Picking, packing, and delivering customer orders
* Maintaining warehouse stock levels and cleanliness
* Stocktaking, rotating stock, and ensuring accurate inventory
* Merchandising and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organised, and well-stocked
* Monitoring inventory levels and reordering low stock
* Assisting with deliveries and customer site visits as needed
* Supporting management to improve profitability through sales and cost control
* Ensuring a safe store environment and assisting with store admin and cash handling
* Working collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
* Performing cleaning duties and keeping the workspace tidy and safe
