Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post‑completion, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Lead and mentor a growing team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the department.
* Work with clients, ensuring excellent service and high‑quality legal work.
Required Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Proven experience in managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong client care, communication, and technical skills.
* Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development.
* Experience in shared ownership or affordable housing transactions would be highly advantageous.
