Business Development Manager – Hybrid, Glasgow Office
Professional Solutions + SaaS | Outbound Sales | £32K base / £70K+ OTE
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow.
This is a full 360 outbound role where you'll own the sales process from first touch to close.
If you're commercially minded, proactive, and serious about building a sales career, this is a strong move.
* Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and content
* Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects
* Closing deals and managing your own sales targets
* Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM
* Working alongside marketing to align on messaging and content
* 1–3 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a professional services environment
* Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling and social selling
* Confident presenting and running sales demos
* Self-starter with ambition, energy, and accountability
* Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week
* £32K base salary with realistic £70K+ OTE in year one (uncapped, top earners hit £90K+)
