We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Chesterfield on a 4 on 4 off basis. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, helping deliver the products our customers rely on every day.

What you'll be doing
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring stock is managed accurately throughout the warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
13. Liaising with customers regarding daily orders and operational queries
14. Checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
15. Creating pre-advice documentation and stock reports
16. Completing traceability checks and stock audits
17. Coordinating warehouse activities including picking and decant operations
18. Allocating work across the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved
19. Monitoring stock rotation to ensure correct product selection
20. Providing clear shift handovers to maintain operational continuity
21. Supporting safe working practices and promoting a positive team culture

22. Has excellent communication and organisational skills
23. Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
24. Can confidently prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
25. Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
26. Understands the importance of health and safety compliance
27. Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
28. Previous warehouse administration, coordination or supervisory experience would be advantageous
