Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Locations: Chorley & Winsford
Salary: £15 per hour + £60 per sleep-in (~£35,000 per year)
Contract Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Rota Pattern: 2 Days On / 4 Days Off

About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people? Were hiring two experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join a respected childrens care provider at their homes in Chorley and Winsford.

Youll be supporting young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, or abuse, leading teams to deliver therapeutic, high-quality care within a safe and nurturing home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise staff on shift, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

* Act as a positive role model and provide consistent emotional support

* Safeguard young people and follow all safeguarding and behaviour support plans

* Attend care reviews and advocate on behalf of the children

* Support training, mentoring, and recruitment of care staff

* Deputise for the Registered or Deputy Manager when required
