The Role
As Digital Paid Media Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of the brand’s performance marketing engine—planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and more. This is a hands-on role where data meets creativity: you’ll analyse performance, refine targeting, test new strategies, and continuously push for stronger ROI. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams including ecommerce and creative, you’ll shape strategy, manage budgets, and uncover insights that drive growth. From attribution analysis and platform integrations to scaling campaigns and enhancing product feeds, your work will directly impact the brand’s digital success.

With solid experience across paid social and search, you bring a sharp analytical mindset, a passion for optimisation, and the confidence to challenge ideas and contribute fresh thinking.
