My client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Nightshift Print Minder to operate and maintain our lithographic press equipment. You will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where precision, efficiency and quality are essential. Day to day duties of a Lithographic Print Minder: Operate and maintain a Heidelberg XL75 press to high production and quality standards. Ensure print jobs are completed accurately and on time. Assist in general maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Support team members and cover overtime or holiday shifts when needed. Follow company safety procedures and quality controls. Work collaboratively with the print team and independently when required. What they're looking for in a Lithographic Print Minder: Previous experience operating or assisting on a lithographic print press. Experience specifically with Heidelberg XL75 is a strong advantage but not essential. A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach.
