Responsibilities
As a Financial Accountant, you will
* Lead key aspects of the month‑end process, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting is accurate
* Prepare and review journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Produce monthly management accounts with supporting analysis and commentary
* Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors during year‑end
* Maintain oversight of balance sheet integrity, investigating and resolving variances
Requirements
As a Financial Accountant you will need
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or finalist level with relevant experience)
* Previous experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
* Strong understanding of month‑end, reporting, and balance sheet management
