You will report to the Head of Finance for the business.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
You are responsible for working as part of the pricing team in a busy, fast-paced, and high-volume environment, providing administrative support to the finance function.
1. Carrying out customer quotations for the UK.
2. Covering customer quotations for NI & ROI.
3. Processing invoicing and credit notes.
4. Checking prices on orders and updating where necessary across all ledgers.
5. Maintaining customer individual price lists on Sage and Excel.
6. Managing online pricing books across multiple platforms.
7. Communicating with customers regarding pricing queries.
8. Liaising with Customer Service and Sales team members.
9. Performing any other tasks necessary to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
