About the Role
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Year
* Support pupils’ development across the curriculum, with a strong focus on early literacy and numeracy.
* Foster a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn.
* Assess and monitor progress in line with school policies and national standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the senior leadership team.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and transition from EYFS.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A reflective, organised, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
