Responsibilities
* Monitor client activity across TransPerfect’s technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and escalate to engineering teams when needed.
* Assist the sales team in early-stage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions.
* Join client meetings and contribute to documenting technical needs and integration plans.
* Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web-based tool integrations.
* Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations.
* Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect’s tools and technologies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
* Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or part-time work included).
* Hands-on experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services.
* Passion for technology, problem-solving, and working with clients.
* Basic understanding of web technologies and systems integration.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
* Bachelor’s degree (or final year of study) in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, SSO, or software configuration.
* Experience or interest in localization or global software solutions.
* Comfortable working across time zones and in diverse teams.
