Location: NN8 Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08.00 1700 / 09.00 18.00 etc, flexibility will be required Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Booking drivers Issuing driver paperwork, delivery notes and keys Providing customers with live updates on delivery schedules and delays Receiving delivery paperwork at the end of drivers shifts Booking vehicles in and out Handling queries and responding to emails Supporting the transport manager and completing shift reports General team support the admin and management team Essential skills and experience: Experience working in a transport team or traffic office Ability to use database systems training given This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, approachable and highly regarded business client.
