Job Title: Geography Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Longsight Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £162 - £251 Per day Job Description Job Duties: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Geography to students Develop lesson plans and teaching materials Assess and evaluate students' progress Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance Participate in school events and activities Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Geography or related field Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum Education: Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent Experience: Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students Experience in assessing student progress and providing feedback Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of Geography subject matter Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organisational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a team Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in Education or related field Experience with teaching diverse student populations Working Conditions: Work in a school environment Full-time position with regular school hours Potential involvement in extracurricular activities and events All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
