About the Practice Family-run, supportive environment Mixed NHS and private patient base 70% NHS, 30% private Longstanding patient base including families and elderly patients 3-surgery practice which is expanding and being renovated The Team Great team of dentists and qualified nurses Longstanding nursing team with excellent retention Head Nurse has been with the practice for 15 years Hygienist on site Open-door, collaborative culture Clinicians are valued and well supported Strong focus on making sure the team is happy and well looked after Clinical Support & Development Owner-led clinical support Mentoring always available Principal is an FD Trainer Support with training and external courses Great environment for a dentist who wants to grow in confidence and skillset Private development encouraged Supportive of clinicians looking to progress in all areas of general dentistry Technology & Facilities SOE / Exact software Digital X-rays Intraoral scanner Rotary endodontics Growing practice with further investment underway The Role Associate Dentist position Part-time: 2–3 days per week Flexible on days worked Open to discussing evening clinics or Saturday sessions Relaxed UDA expectations Rough guide of around 1000 UDAs per day worked annually Good mix of ongoing care and some new patient demand Opportunity to build private and plan dentistry alongside NHS work Remuneration £13–£14 per UDA Rate open to negotiation depending on experience 50% private split 50/50 lab fees One-off fee arrangement available Requirements GDC registered Dentist NHS Performer Number preferred/required for NHS duties Committed to high-quality patient care Team-oriented and professional Keen to contribute positively to a friendly practice culture Interest in development and long-term progression welcomed Full working rights Interested in this position?
