Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm | Friday: 8am-12:30pm (38.5 hrs/week)

As Warehouse Manager, you'll lead a close-knit team, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of the warehouse function - including a potential relocation to a larger site.
The Role
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations - from goods in/out and team development to system improvements and stock control. You'll also play a key role in digitising warehouse systems, potentially managing a site relocation, and embedding a culture of safety, fairness, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
* Manage day-to-day operations including goods in/out, 3PL coordination, and yard management
* Drive warehouse digitisation - linking goods movement processes with SAGE
* Play a key role in planning and executing a warehouse move to a larger site
* Create and maintain SOPs and champion process improvement
* Collaborate with stock control and CI teams to enhance operational efficiency
* Ensure stock availability to production lines, following FIFO and rotation practices
* Take part in stock counts (monthly & annual)
* Manage resources effectively and track performance against KPIs
* Conduct bi-annual reviews and lead team training/development
* Work closely with Health & Safety to uphold a safety-first culture
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in warehouse management within a fast-paced setting
* Track record of digitalising warehouse operations (SAGE experience essential)
* Experience leading warehouse redesigns or relocations
* Skilled in team leadership, training, and performance management
* Hands-on FLT licence (Instructor-level ideal, but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Confident in challenging the status quo and driving innovation
