As a IT Applications Trainer, you will sit within the Business Solutions function, working closely with the Product Team to design and deliver effective blended learning solutions for all in-house systems. You will maintain training materials and resources, manage the Business Solutions Training Hub, advertise and coordinate training sessions, and deliver both group and 1-to-1 training tailored to user needs. Alongside this, you will provide second-line business systems support, working with the IT Helpdesk supplier and visiting offices to support users face-to-face when required. You will also contribute to firm-wide projects, supporting system rollouts, change initiatives, and ongoing improvements.
This role has been created as part of continued growth and a strong focus on improving how systems are used, understood, and embedded across the business.
