Job Title: Air Conditioning Installer / Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Mepal, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: 23rd February
Rate: Negotiable (DOE)
We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installer for a project starting on 23rd February in Mepal, Cambridgeshire.
Duration:
* 2-3 weeks of air conditioning installation work
* Followed by approximately 3 months of domestic pipework and heating work
Ideal opportunity for someone multi-skilled looking for longer-term work
Role Duties
* Installation of split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV systems
* Mounting indoor and outdoor units
* Running and insulating pipework
* Installing containment and cabling
* Pressure testing and vacuuming systems
* Assisting with commissioning
* Domestic heating and pipework installation
* Fault finding and general plumbing/heating works
* Ensuring compliance with F-Gas and current industry regulations
Requirements
* Valid F-Gas certification (essential for AC works)
* Proven experience installing AC systems
* Experience in domestic heating and pipework
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work independently and to programme
* CSCS card (preferred, subject to site requirements)
