About the Role
We are looking for reliable, adaptable, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our ad-hoc support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible working and are confident stepping into different school settings at short notice. You will support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, helping them engage in their learning and daily school activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide flexible 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN.
* Assist teachers in implementing learning plans and behaviour support strategies.
* Adapt quickly to new environments and routines across different schools.
* Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where pupils feel safe and supported.
* Travel to a range of settings when required (driving and business insurance essential).
About You
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential.
* Able to work confidently in new environments with minimal guidance.
* Patient, empathetic, and committed to helping children succeed.
* Must be able to drive and have business car insurance for school travel.
* Reliable, flexible, and available to work on an ad-hoc basis from January 2026.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
