We are looking for a Night Supervisor with a strong background in a branded hotel, working in a front of house or reception team. You should be able to deliver brand standards at any time of day. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit. You should have knowledge of the Hotel's products and services and be able to deal with all guest requests, including additional room amenities or delivering room service. This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead. Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
